Determining the quality of a confectionery product is not so difficult, the main thing is to take into account several key points that will help you not to stumble upon a dubious product.

• First of all, you need to study the product labeling. It should contain information about the manufacturer, production standard (GOST or TU), composition and nutritional value, information about the date of manufacture and shelf life. All sweets are produced according to the manufacturer's specifications (TU), and not according to GOST - this gives more freedom in making changes to the recipe. The composition of such products should be treated with great attention.
