- Many people ask themselves which packaging is better - vacuum or with a gas environment? Both options are equally safe and hygienic, but they can leak and deform in a vacuum bar. Moisture in small amounts is not dangerous, but it should not be cloudy and precipitate. In packaging with a gas medium, the shape of the sausages is preserved, and the carbon dioxide used in this method prevents the growth of harmful microbes.
